Zemin katta kaldığımız için telefon çekmiyordu ve odada geçmeyen bi koku vardı fakat otel fiyatına göre güzeldi konumu iyiydi çalışanlar güleryüzlü kahvaltısı çok iyiydi
Otelde 20 21 haziran tarihlerinde 4 aile 2 gece konakladık. Otel personelinin ilgi alakası, otelin konumu, temizligi ve kahvaltisi gayet güzeldi. Terasında göreme manzarası eşliginde güzel vakit geçirdik. Teşekkür ediyoruz.
Odalar temiz personeller ilgili gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel. Seyir terasında da balonları panoramik olarak izlemek mümkün.
DO NOT STAY HERE! VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! We had a very unpleasant stay at Virtus Cappadocia Hotel. We were a group of five adults, four of whom were elderly, between 70 and 75 years old. Barely 15 minutes after checking in, we politely asked if we could move to a nearby room with the same price point because we noticed it had considerably more space for three people. I explained to the person at the check-in counter, who introduced himself as Murat (guy with big belly), that two of my roommates were elderly and would be much more comfortable in the larger room. Instead of simply explaining whether the room change was possible, he became visibly irritated and confrontational. He even accused us of being disrespectful for looking inside another room. For context, the room door was already open when we passed by—we did not enter a closed or occupied room. His manner was unnecessarily rude and unaccommodating, especially considering that we were making a simple request on behalf of elderly guests. We did not argue or push the matter further and simply accepted the room we had been given. Unfortunately, that was not the end of the poor service. After long-haul travel, we were exhausted and went to sleep early. Then, sometime after 9:00 PM, we were awakened by loud knocking on our door. Another male front-desk employee told us that payment for one of our two rooms had apparently not been received. Seriously? Was it necessary to wake up elderly guests after 9 PM to deal with a payment issue that could easily have been addressed the following morning? Both rooms were booked together through Agoda. One room had already been charged to my credit card, so naturally I assumed the booking and payment arrangements were in order. If payment for the second room was still required, this should have been clarified and collected by the hotel upon check-in—not handled by loudly knocking on our door after we had gone to sleep. The check-in process itself was also lacking. We were not properly informed about basic hotel information such as where breakfast would be served or what time breakfast started. Overall, we found the service from the male staff we encountered to be rude, confrontational, and very unprofessional. Hospitality is not only about providing a room—it is also about making guests feel welcome and treating them with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I do, however, want to acknowledge the staff members who were kind and helpful. The cleaning lady was very pleasant, as was Ms. Nebibe and the lady in charge of breakfast. We appreciated their warmth and assistance. Unfortunately, their kindness could not make up for the way we were treated by the male staff members we encountered. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Virtus Cappadocia Hotel, particularly for families traveling with elderly guests. It is far from the advertised 4 star hotel, more like 3 star or below!
I rarely write reviews, but I believe this hotel truly deserves recognition for its outstanding service. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and the experience left a lasting impression on me. In fact, the exceptional hospitality I received here has greatly shaped my perception of Turkey, especially Cappadocia. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front office staff, Mr. Ali. As my bus from Istanbul arrived earlier than expected, he kindly arranged an early check-in for me, which I greatly appreciated after a long journey. Throughout my stay, Mr. Ali went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. On the day of my departure, while I was waiting for my overnight bus, I rested in the hotel lobby. Mr. Ali thoughtfully kept the front office area warm and even provided me with a blanket to ensure I stayed comfortable. What impressed me most was how personalised the service felt. Rather than simply treating me as a guest, the staff genuinely cared about my well-being and comfort. Such kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality are rare to find and made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Thank you, Mr. Ali and the team, for making my stay such a wonderful experience.

Where do I start….What an amazing place 😍 truly magical. The hotel is beyond fantastic, it’s clean, it’s friendly, the rooms are spacious, the terraces and views are out of this world!! The location is just perfect, everything is right there, shops, many restaurants and cafes. The walk up to the viewpoint is well worth a visit! Ali and the team were extremely helpful and booked our balloon flight which I would greatly recommend, what an experience! When we return to Cappadocia we know exactly where we will be staying. Thank you Virtus hotel for everything!!
We was greeted by Ali who was very friendly and checked us in. He helped to take our suitcases into our rooms as there was no lifts in the hotel, we was on level 3. He was very helpful giving information on the tours so we booked on to the hot air balloons, horse riding, Turkish night, red tour and green tour. He also sorted out the airport transfer at a good price. We packed in so much in 2 days with last minute booking sorted out for us We met with Tolga who was very helpful and asked us if we was in need of anything. The staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean. Service provided was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this hotel
